ASSISTANT MANAGER
The Charles Bradlaugh is currently recruiting a well-rounded Assistant Manager.
The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in driving all aspects of the business. Leading from the front you must motivate and develop the team to ensure that they are delivering the highest standards that will guarantee the success of the business. You must have previous experience of working at Assistant Manager Level although in-house training will be provided
Skills required:
-Thrive on maintaining high standards
-The ability to train and develop the team
-The determination and enthusiasm to develop and progress within this role
- An understanding of food and drink preparation and service
Beneficial Skills:
- Basic Health and Safety
- Computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook
-Knowledge of Epos Systems
-Personal Licence
